Actually, they never left. The rhyme sounded good, though. However, we have expanded them for Spring. What is a Halfpack? A good percentage of our customers do not want to purchase a full case of chocolate bars every time they place an order. A Halfpack is simply a convenient pack of 24 bars of our most popular selections, yet at a reduced price from single bars. (How about, Halfpack Attack. Chocolate a cough medicine?

Still nursing a late Winter cough? According to an article by BBC News, scientists have found that an ingredient in chocolate could be more effective than codeine at suppressing your cough.

The ingredient, theobromine, was found to be nearly a third more effective in stopping persistent coughs, the article says, without leaving the subjects drowsy.

"Coughing is a medical condition which affects most people at some point in their lives, and yet no effective treatment exists," Researcher Professor Peter Barnes said.

"While persistent coughing is not necessarily harmful it can have a major impact on quality of life, and this discovery could be a huge step forward in treating this problem." Click here to read entire article.

I am a math professor at Northwestern College in St. Paul, Minnesota. My wife, my daughter and I went to Thunder Bay, Ontario, for vacation two summers ago and we enjoyed the Canadian chocolate up there, especially the Nestle products. My birthday is in April, so this will be a nice present! Again, thank you.
